What workload activities count toward the PSA (Professional & Service

​Activities) and the SAS (Substantial Administrative Services)?​

There is a list of specific workload activities under Article 12 beginning on page 11 of your Collective Bargaining Agreement. This list should give you some good ideas about the kinds of workload activities that may count toward your PSA and/or SAS.
